Royalcarp offers Free shipping and  handling charges over $100 anywhere in the continental united States (Alaska and Hawaii not included).Prices shown in this website are subject to change without notice. 

• Payment methods
Through Paypal, you can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, as well as, e-checks and Paypal's account balances. Otherwise, you can pay by check or money order and mail it to: Royalcarp, 33 Broadlands Drive White, GA 30184 or you can pay  by card (Visa or Mastercard only) by providing your card# and expiration date by phone  at (770) 607-5153. All payment must be made prior to shipment of merchandise.Orders with no payment after 15 days will be cancelled. Sorry,no C.O.D's.All checks returned unpaid will be subject to a $33 returned check fee.For security purposes,we do not keep credit card information after each transaction with no exception.

• Shipping
"Free shipping" is UPS Ground (or USPS Priority Mail) and only in the continental United States (Alaska and Hawaii not included). To Canada we ship via USPS , shipping amounts do not include duty, taxes or insurance. UPS will not deliver to a P.O.Box, we must have a complete street address. Please contact us for shipment to foreign countries (includes Alaska and Hawaii). Please contact us for any order higher than 70lb. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Weekends and US Holidays will delay delivery. If your packages are damaged upon receipt, you have to contact UPS or USPS in order to make a claim. Damages must be reported promptly. Hold onto the merchandise, and all packing materials until advised otherwise by UPS or USPS. We reserve the right to change the shipping method. We ask you for your telephone number which enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order. It may be necessary for us to pass on your contact details to carriers used by us to deliver products to you.

• Sales tax
Shipments within Georgia are subject to a sales tax of 7%.

• Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return it to us in unused re sealable condition, in the original packaging accompanied by the purchase invoice within 14 days of its shipment date and we will credit you for the entire amount of your order less the original shipping charges (If you return any items from an order that received FREE Shipping, the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error).  Exchanges can also be made within 14 days of the shipment date. Undamaged, non defective items returned outside their original, sealed packaging will not be accepted for return. For items damaged due to misuse, abuse negligence or modification,  exchange or refund are not applicable. All returns are at the customer's expenses. Royalcarp offers a complete back up and repair service for all our products.

• Liability
Not having control over the use of the products, we assume no liability connected with their use. Under no circumstances are we liable for any loss, damage, or expenses of any kind arising out of the use or inability to use our products.

• Privacy
We respect your privacy. We do not sell our mailing lists or distribute information about our customers. This information is confidential and will remain that way in our hands.

• Links
We may create links to websites. Royalcarp is not responsible to the content or privacy practices employed by websites that are linked from our website.

• Children
Royalcarp.com is not intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, you may use this website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

• Please read these terms & conditions they will apply to your use of our website including on-line services available. From time to time we may change these terms and conditions and will post revisions on this Site. We recommend you regularly review these terms and conditions and your continued use of this Site will constitute acceptance of any changes to the website terms. Royalcarp reserves the right to withdraw any product from the Site at any time and we may refuse to process any transaction at any time at our sole discretion.

• Layaway: When you purchase by layaway, you put a down payment on item(s) and we agree to hold it for you until you pay for it in full within 60 days, Then you make payments anytime before the due date…..it’s that easy! To make a purchase on layaway, place a regular online order, chose “Layaway-Call in” in the Payment method box, submit your order and give us a call. You can also place you order on layaway over the phone. •Flat $5 transaction fee. This fee is non refundable• A 20% deposit is required as a down payment on all layaway purchases• We will hold your layaway for a period of up to 2 months (60 days) from the original layaway purchase date during which time you can make your payment however and whenever you like.  All payments (plus shipping and sales taxes-if applicable) must be received by or before the 60^th day of the layaway or the layaway will be considered to be forfeited which means you will lose all payments made towards your purchase. There is a $25 service charge for all canceled layaway (cancellation before the 60^th day of the layaway). You can not change the original order in anyway after the layaway is established. If an item goes on sale during the layaway term, no price adjustments will be made,no exception. Any discounts available at the time of the initial payment will be applied only if you inform us during the transaction of your purchase. Payments can be made using Paypal, personal checks, Money order, Visa or Mastercard (credit or debit cards). If you are dissatisfied with your purchase the merchandise can be returned in accordance with our terms and conditions. Royalcarp reserves the right to change the terms and condition of the layaway plan at any time.
